Protocol Office

UTHSC Center for Cancer Research Clinical Trials Protocol Office (CTPO) provides resources to clinical and translational investigators pursuing hematology/oncology clinical trials. These services include research support, regulatory oversight, administrative supervision, and training initiatives. 

The mission of the CTPO is to serve as a centralized resource to industry partners and UTHSC investigators across all departments. The office works closely with the Data Safety Monitoring committee (DSM) and Protocol Review and Monitoring committee (PRM). Accordingly, the CTPO facilitates protocol development and review; budgets and contracts management; study coordination services; regulatory and compliance oversight including study audits, quality control, and data querying.
