About Us

The mission of the UT Health Sciences Center for Cancer Research is to improve the health and well-being of Tennesseans and the global community by fostering integrated, collaborative, and inclusive education, research, scientific discovery, clinical care, and public service in the area of cancer.

Our goal is to adopt the successful National Cancer Institute (NCI) model of leadership, scientific programs, clinical trials, and infrastructure to the betterment of Memphis and surrounding communities.
