Faculty and residents in need of the service may follow these procedures to obtain biostatistical consultation:
- Please contact Mr. Dong/Dr. Wan by email to establish a time for initial project consultation. Initial consultation must include the Department of Surgery faculty member. (E.g. not just research trainee)
- Currently, as the program develops, there are no fees or chargebacks. (Inclusion of budget support for Core-assisted grant applications is required)
- Projects are subject to prioritization with consideration of several factors including funding status and purpose.
- Minimal lead times for requested work will vary based on complexity and purpose.
- Projects will require all necessary regulatory approval (e.g. IRB) prior to initiation.
