Due to a water main break just outside of the UT Conference Center, all services at
UT Health Sciences Audiology and Speech Pathology Clinic have been canceled for Friday,
August 21, 2026 and Monday, August 24, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this
has caused and are making every attempt to reach patients.
We have a patient portal for your convenience. When you enter the portal for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
