Because road conditions in the area are varied and cold temperatures ovenight will
continue to make driving hazardous, the UTHSC Audiology and Speech Pathology Clinic
at the UT Conference Center in Knoxville will be closed on Monday, February 2, 2026.
All appointments will be rescheduled. Feel free to call 865.974.5453 to discuss alternative
appointment dates.

After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
