UPDATE
Clinical services for our program are now being delivered in two locations:
- UT Conference Center: Our early intervention program continues to thrive on the 2nd floor of the Conference Center. This area was unaffected by recent flooding.
- Cherokee Mills Complex: We now have clinical spaces on the Sutherland Avenue and North Concord Street sides of this facility. Patients are being informed of the exact location for their appointments.
We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients, their families, and community health partners during our recent disruption.
For questions, please call 865-974-5453.We have a patient portal for your convenience. When you enter the portal for the first time, you will be asked to create a log-in and password. After that, you will be able to complete forms for registration as well as securely view and download diagnostic and/or treatment reports from your provider.
