University Level Requirements

This check list provides the necessary steps students must complete prior to the first day of classes at UTHSC.

1	UTHSC Net ID and Email	Establish your password and access your UTHSC email	TechConnect Knowledge Base article about NetID and Email Address Access your MyUT account or you can: Find MyUT at the top of every page under Menu. In the footer of every page under Quick Links. Access your UTHSC webmail or you can: Find webmail by opening Menu at top of the page then click Students. This will take you to the Students page which has a link to webmail under Technology. In the footer of every page under Quick Links.
2	Fee Payments	Fee payment with instructions.	Application Fee and Enrollment Deposit.
3	Tuition & Fees	Review program specific tuition and associated fees.	Bursar's Office
4	Immunizations	All UTHSC students must demonstrate their key immunizations are current.	Immunizations records will need to be submitted to your Qualified First/Verified Credentials account.
5	Criminal Background Check	All UTHSC students must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check.	Submit your CBC Application.
6	Student Health and Dental Insurance	All students must have adequate health care insurance.	Submit Student Health and Dental Insurance Enrollment form or Waiver Application after June 15.
7	Student Parking	UTHSC parking permit. Note: If you attend classes at UT-Knoxville, you do not need to complete the UTHSC Student Parking Application.	Go to the Campus Police Department's Parking Services page. Complete the Student Parking Application
8	Honor Code	Students are required to complete the Honor Code prior to the start of classes.	Access the Honor Code .
9	Minimum Technological Security Requirements	All students must meet the minimum security requirements as stated by the UTHSC Information Technology Services Department.	View the minimum security requirements.
10	FAFSA	Students seeking financial assistance through scholarship or student loans may apply starting October 1st before the upcoming academic year.	Complete the FAFSA application. School code: 006725. The Financial Aid Office will send you an email notification.
