Disability Services

Student Academic Support Services and Inclusion (SASSI) provides academic services and accommodations to qualified students with diagnosed disabilities.

Qualified disabilities are in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. A disability is defined as a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities. Reasonable accommodations are provided to students disclosing a diagnosed disability with evidence of a functional limitation that impacts the individual in the academic setting.
