Service Inquiries
The UTHSC RBL welcomes collaborative partnerships with internal, external, commercial and government agencies. Investigators in academia, not-for-profit organizations, industry, and government studying biodefense and emerging infectious diseases may request the use of biocontainment laboratories. Refer to our FAQ page for more information.
If you are interested in performing collaborative or contracted studies, or in using one or more of our RBL services, initiate the process by filling out our service inquiry form.
We will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Need iLab Registration?
iLab is a web-based system highly customized for academic shared resources that will streamline research by making the process of requesting equipment reservations, completing order requests, and billing core users quicker and easier.

Need a contract/agreement?
If you need to set up an agreement - MTA, NDA (CDA), or RSA - before studying with the RBL, please fill out the basic information in the templates below and submit them here. You can also use a template agreement of your organization.

Upon study completion, you will receive an invoice for RBL services at UTHSC. Please remit payment (by check) to:
If you wish to make payment via ACH wire transfer, please find the UT banking institution and W-9 form. For international wire transfers, use the UT Swift Code# FTBMUS44.
