Don’t Update to macOS 11 (Big Sur) Just Yet!
In testing, ITS has discovered that macOS 11 (Big Sur) is not compatible with our networking agents AnyConnect and ISE. We are still working with Cisco technical support to resolve this issue and will notify the campus as soon as your Mac OS can be safely updated.
Manditory Zoom HIPAA Upgrade
All UTHSC Users: Please follow these instructions to continue to use UTHSC Zoom. If you are experiencing issues with your current Zoom meeting links, you must switch to the HIPAA Zoom Account for the links to work.

- Keep Your Zoom App Updated! You may get kicked out of virtual meetings if you don't keep your Zoom app up-to-date.

- Dreaming of a Password that Never Expires? It's now possible! Under the Non-Expiring Password Policy, change your password to 12 or more characters and the password never expires!
