Chattanooga Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery Fellowship Application

The application is available by going to www.sfmatch.org. Please complete your application through this website. Interviews for the 2022-23 year will be conducted via virtual platforms per University policies.

Please submit three recommendation letters to the SFMatch from physicians familiar with your educational progress, either through orthopaedic training or subsequent experience. We recommend that all individuals interested in this experience visit Chattanooga and interview with our faculty (site-interviews currently unavailable due to COVID-19).
