Our program's mission is aligned with that of the University of Tennessee, the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and the College of Medicine: achieving and maintaining human health.

Information Sessions

UTHSC PA Program Information Sessions will start again on March 5th, 2019 for the next CASPA cycle and continue on the 2nd Tuesday of each month through July.

Our Mission

The mission of the Physician Assistant program is to prepare a diverse group of highly skilled Physician Assistant practitioners who are dedicated to improving access and providing high quality primary and/or specialty health care as part of interprofessional teams and who are committed to lifelong learning and to increasing the knowledge base of the profession.

Our Pledge to Students
