Dr. Jennifer Hausladen has been with UT since 2011. She has previously worked in private practice in the Philadelphia area, spent two years working for Australian Hearing in Canberra, Australia, and was employed at a local ENT office. Dr. Hausladen provides diagnostic testing and hearing aid services to adults and children ages five and older. In addition, she provides tinnitus evaluation and treatment to patients suffering from tinnitus. The ability to help patients improve their quality of life, while simultaneously improving students’ knowledge is what Dr. Hausladen enjoys most about her job. She teaches ASP 512, Clinical Practice in Audiology and co-teaches ASP 510, Clinical Education Series in Audiology for Basic Clinical Procedures and Tinnitus. She is actively involved in several research projects related to her specialties. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and currently serves as a mentor for the STEP Mentoring program.
