NAPLEX Pass Rate

The North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) is a standard examination created by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy to help individual state boards of pharmacy assess an GROUPS scompetency and knowledge so that he or she may be given a license to practice (NAPLEX, 2013). ASHP Residency Placement Data

Residency placement statistics released by American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) for 2013 show that more UT College of Pharmacy students matched with residency programs than all the other in-state pharmacy schools combined. Only seven colleges of pharmacy in the nation produced more residents from the Class of 2013. For PGY2 residencies, UT had a 100 percent placement rate, with 12 residents matching. Only two other colleges of pharmacy in the nation had more PGY2 residents match than UT.
