Off Campus Mental Health Resources

While SASSI and UHS offer counseling services for students, our goal is to also provide access to additional resources, online and off campus including distant sites.

The University respects students’ choice in how they access our resources and mental health providers online and off campus. Through Thriving Campus, Jed, and Psychology Today students are able to independently connect with additional resources online and off campus, as well as search for mental health providers. Here you will find resources that enable you to assess your overall wellbeing and to seek the appropriate supports needed. If you need assistance getting connected to any of our online and/or off-campus resources, please email Arielle Brown.
