The Health Sciences Entrepreneurship (HSE) Grand Rounds seminar series is a collaboration among the University of Alabama at Birmingham, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the University of Kansas Medical Center, and the University of Utah (all Clinical and Translational Science Awards Program institutions), and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Hot Topics in Research

Hot Topics in Research is an educational lunch-and-learn series designed to inform the UTHSC community of opportunities and resources available to them. Attendees will learn about a variety of topics, from institutional support and tools to new policies, regulations and trending topics in the areas of health science education and research.

UTHSC LEADS Seminar Series

The UTHSC LEADS (Launching Entrepreneurial Activities and Discovery in Science) seminar series brings successful and engaging entrepreneurial scientists, involved in biotech, life sciences, Pharma and device sectors, to UTHSC so they can relay their “entrepreneurial stories.”

VCR's Distinguished Lecture Series

The VCR's Distinguished Lecture Series was created in an effort to educate and help the research community stay abreast on the world’s most pressing research topics. During each of their visits, invited lecturers will meet with UTHSC administration, faculty and staff to share ideas and foster collaborative efforts centered on education, research and entrepreneurial ventures. They will also deliver a scientific lecture to the UTHSC community.
