Description: The University of Tennessee, Graduate School of Medicine based in Knoxville, Tennessee seeks a dynamic leader/educator to join the faculty in the Department of Medicine as a Program Director to lead our new Medical Oncology Fellowship Program. The selected candidate will have experience overseeing and coordinating all aspects of an Oncology Fellowship Program; demonstrated experience initiating a successful Program is also desired.

This clinical-educator must possess strong leadership and organization skills, experience in training fellows as well as curriculum development skills. A track record of substantive research and scholarly activity is highly preferred. This position is a non-tenure track, academic appointment. Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with applicant?s experience and qualifications. The candidate must be board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology. Qualifications include a license to practice medicine in Tennessee.
