Who may participate in the study?
You may be eligible to participate in the Fit Blue study if you meet the following criteria:
- Current active duty personnel in the U.S. military stationed at Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland
- 18 years or older
- Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or above
- Have access to a telephone and a computer
- Are English speaking
- Are generally in good health
