Nomination Process

Nominations may be submitted by any UT or UTMG employee; although, anonymous or self-nominations are not acceptable. Previous winners are also ineligible. There is no limit to the number of years that an individual can be nominated. Nominations will be accepted until August 6, 2012.

To submit a nomination, click on the appropriate logo below. UTMG employees will go to a form to fill out, while UTHSC employees will be taken to the People Search page where you should enter the name of the person that you wish to nominate. A return search will display all persons with the name that you entered. Click on the appropriate person's name. The next screen will provide detailed information on your proposed nominee. Click at the bottom of this page to proceed on the nomination. Next you will be asked to enter your user name (NetID) and password. Next you will press the "Submit Nomination" button. The next screen confirms your nomination.

UTHSC Nominations

Nominations are currently closed for 2012. The 2013 Award nominations will open in the summer of 2013.

UTMG Nominations

Eligibility

  1. Employees must have a non-exempt title classification.
  2. Employees must be a full-time UT Health Science Center employee (including employees at St. Francis and Jackson) or a full-time UTMG employee.
  3. Employees must have been employed a minimum of three years prior to nomination.
