If you are unable to print a bid document, please contact our office at 901-448-5594. If you wish to bid on requirements of The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) and are not currently on the University of Tennessee's Bidders List, follow the instructions on the University of Tennessee Bidder's Application Information page.

All bidders not receiving a notice of bid solicitation who wish to submit a bid or proposal for a particular RFQ or RFP must submit an Intent to Bid Form to ensure that they receive any addenda to the RFQ or RFP that may be issued. It is not necessary to submit an Intent to Bid Form if you do not intend to submit a bid or proposal.

Bidders who have received a notice of bid solicitation for the particular RFQ or RFP will be notified by mail, e-mail, or fax that an addendum has been posted to this page. Any addendum to the listed RFQ or RFP documents will also be posted on this website.
