2011 Veterans Day Reception

The Office of Equity and Diversity, Office of Special Events, and Human Resources is calling on veterans of U.S. armed forces (i.e., students; faculty; staff; residents; postdocs; retirees) at UT Health Science Center to report to the Student Alumni Center (SAC) Room 305 on Friday, November 11th, at 2:00 p.m. to be recognized at the 2011 Veterans Day Reception.
The tentative opening ceremony is as follows:
- Welcome
- Playing of the National Anthem
- Recognition of Veterans
- Moment of Silence for the fallen
- Closing Remarks
Participation is encouraged by all veterans, so please RSVP to hsc-oed@uthsc.edu or 448-2112 with information about which branch of the armed forces you served. Light refreshments will be available.
