Estimated Cost of Attendance (COA)

The following information is intended to help students estimate the cost of earning a degree at UTHSC so that they are able to budget accordingly. Students enrolled in programs which require attendance during the summer term should note that the time frame for attendance for the summer term is less than the time frame allotted for the fall and spring terms. Thus, the amount of aid awarded for the summer term, in most instances, will be considerably less than the amount awarded for the fall and spring terms. Students may want to consider saving a portion of the financial aid awarded for the fall and spring terms to assist with the cost of attendance for the summer term. Students may schedule an appointment with the financial aid counselor or financial literacy coordinator to discuss any budgeting concerns or to address any questions related to funding costs for the summer or other terms of attendance.

Please Note: The financial aid code entered on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is 006725 for UTHSC in Memphis. Financial aid is not awarded through UTK. Please use the UTHSC code when completing the FAFSA.
