Toya Windom, MBA

Toya Windom is a Program Manager in the Department of Medicine, Hematology- Sickle Cell Disease at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, since September 2018. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mississippi State University. 

Toya has more than ten years of experience in higher education, budgets, finance, and human resources. Among her significant previous positions, Toya served as Business Manager I, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Committee Chair, Business Manager II, and Building Operations Manager. Additionally, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
