The UTHSC College of Pharmacy holds equity, inclusivity, and diversity as its core values. We are strategic and intentional in our efforts of providing a safe and welcoming environment for all students, staff, and faculty. 

Through education, discovery, and service, we challenge ourselves to learn about others as well as ourselves. Collectively, we work to build and sustain a culture that students appreciate, that staff embraces, and that faculty embodies. For it is our uniqueness that makes us who we are.
