If sharing a concern on an evening, weekend, or holiday needing immediate counseling support such as risk of harm to yourself or others, please call the UTHSC Mental Health Emergency after hours line at 901-690-CARE (2273). If this is an on-campus emergency, please call UTHSC Campus Police at 901-448-4444. For off-campus emergencies, please dial 911.
Please use this form to share concerns you have about any UTHSC student or yourself, if you are a self-referring student. Please provide as much information as possible. Anonymity of referrer is an option, however if you choose to provide your name and contact information, the CARE Navigator will communicate with you verifying receipt of your concern within 3 days. For additional information during regular business hours, please contact the UTHSC Care Navigator at 901-448-5056 or email the CARE Team .
