Announcement for Graduating Students

To: Graduates of UTHSC, BCHS and neighboring colleges:

UHS would like to congratulate you and hope that your future will be a prosperous one. UHS would also like to inform you that if you need a copy of your immunization records for employment, please contact us by telephone (448-5630) fax 901-448-7255, or e-mail: TThomps4@UTHSC.EDU. You can pick them up at our office within a few days. You can also continue using our services following graduation on a fee-for-service basis or we are now able to bill your insurance if you are on the BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee or Cigna HealthCare insurance plans. If you have any questions, please contact us. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
