Student Health Insurance (United) and medications
Student Health Insurance Pharmacy Policy (Gerald Holland Insurance): Prescription drugs are limited to one 30 day supply per prescription at a time.$5.00 deductible for generic. $10.00 deductible for brand name per prescription. $2000.00 maximum (per policy year).
