Bidder's Application

If you wish to bid on requirements for UTHSC and are not currently registered as a bidder, follow the instructions on the University of Tennessee Bidder's Application Information page. To verify that your company is properly registered as a bidder for the correct products and services, go to the University of Tennessee's Bidder's Listing page.

Active RFQ/RFPs and Recent Awards List

You can go to the Active RFQ/RFP's and Recent Awards List to check for current bid opportunities and information about recent awards. All bidders not receiving a notice of bid solicitation who wish to submit a bid or proposal for a particular RFQ or RFP must submit an Intent to Bid Form to ensure that they receive an addenda to the RFQ or RFP that may be issued. It is not necessary to submit an Intent to Bid Form if you do not intend to submit a bid or proposal.

NOTE: Bid packages are no longer mailed to bidders. NEW BID NOTICE POSTCARDS are mailed to registered vendors who then access a special web page to print the official bid documents. All registered bidders not receiving a New Bid Notice Postcard must submit an Intent to Bid Form by clicking on the "Intent to Bid Form " link.
