We are ACGME approved to have 2 PG4 level residents and 2 PG5 level residents. We work closely with University of Tennessee Graduate Medical Education office.

First Year

The first year is at the two primary training hospitals; Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital.

Second Year

The second year consists of pediatric neurology and outpatient consult clinic at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and LES Community Mental Health Services.

There is elective time in the 2nd year and one of the popular electives is supervised by Dr. Hoffmann at the Center of Excellence for Children in State Custody at the Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities.
