Our renovated terrace at the rear of the house provides a peaceful area to study or gather with other students. There is a small garden area with stone bench at the East side of the terrace.

Our game room is located on the ground floor on the North side of the house. With two pool tables, a ping pong table, a foosball machine, and a television area, the game room is another popular place for students to unwind.

Located next to the living room, our library is home to many of the original antique furnishings from the original Baldaur House. We have a collection of current and historical medical texts, including board review materials and a variety of reference books that have been donated over the years.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with industrial appliances and dedicated pantry and refrigerator space for each student resident. Bi-weekly house dinners serving sometimes over 150 students are prepared in this kitchen by volunteer students. Located on the ground floor next to the rear terrace, our recently renovated gym includes a treadmill, universal weight bench, free-weights, and a sound system.

We have 26 total single occupancy rooms available for permanent student residents. Six of these rooms are on the first floor and have their own individual full bathroom with shower. Twenty larger rooms (one on the first floor and nineteen on the second) are available with shared bathroom access. On the first floor there is an individual bathroom and shower. On the second floor there are separate men's and women's bathrooms and showers. Residents are encouraged to customize and improve their rooms in any way they see fit to make themselves feel more at home. Our dedicated guest room is available for visiting and interviewing students. In addition, there are frequently other rooms for any given rotation block available for visiting students and our own Phi Chi members who are not permanent residents in the house.

Located on the ground floor next to the rear terrace, the bar is one of the most recent renovation projects in the house. All of the woodworking and carpentry were completely done by Phi Chi students, and it is still a work in progress with major additions coming soon. It will undoubtedly become one of the central gathering areas for students in the house.

The living room is always a popular place for students to unwind with four large couches, a 61 inch television, and a surround sound system.

Located between the living room and kitchen, the dining room is the central gathering area for all house dinners.
