Office 365 - Managing Your Office Installations


To install the newest version of Office, follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, please contact the HelpDesk.

  1. Go to portal.office.com and sign in with your UTHSC email and password.

    *If your credentials are not recognized, you will need to change your NetID password and retry after 10 minutes.

  2. The page will default to the "Office" view.

    • To deactivate a computer, choose "deactivate" next to the device that is no longer in use.
    • See "Remaining installs available" for details about the remaining number of licenses available. You are allowed up to 5 active installations.
