SERVICES PROVIDED:

Since 2003 Faculty Practice Nurse Practitioners and staff have offered a full range of health care services to airport passengers, visitors, and employees including:

  • Immunizations
    • Flu Shots
    • Tetanus Boosters
  • Episodic care
    • upper respiratory infections
    • headaches
    • skin concerns/rash
  • Coordinates an annual health education and safety fair
  • Health promotion services
    • Blood Pressure Checks
    • Blood Glucose Monitoring

"Passenger needs vary from airsickness to migraine headaches to forgetting their diabetes care supplies. Visitors may drop in if they injure themselves or feel ill while waiting for family and friends. Employees appreciate the convenience of blood pressure and weight monitoring, along with health education and other episodic care activities."
