Description: The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga, is seeking a board certified or eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologists at the rank of Instructor, for a full-time, two year position in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. You will not be eligible for consideration of tenure.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervision of residents and medical students, minimally invasive gynecology surgery and OB/GYN call.
Applicants should hold an MD degree or its equivalent, and have demonstrated experience in academics, administrative skills and a commitment to research and scholarly pursuits. The residency program has 16 positions (4 at each level). Faculty have the opportunity to work in a challenging academic department and participate in clinical practice.
