Description: The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a full time position as Associate Dean for Institutional Affairs. This position may be clinical or tenure-track with rank and salary commensurate with experience. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, direct and oversee all activities related to institutional assessment, internal University reports, external reports and surveys, ensuring that these activities meet the College of Dentistry's mission, goals and objectives. To participate in curricular decision-making, along with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, in order to ensure compliance with predoctoral and postdoctoral accreditation standards. This person would act as advisor to the Dean of the College regarding issues related to compliance with all internal and external reports, oversee and manage the College?s short- and long-term strategic planning processes, oversee the outcomes assessment process and serve as Chair of the Outcomes and Assessment committee, and manage all COD?s institutional and programmatic assessment processes.
