Clinic absence during ward months
Morning absence from clinic is assumed when the attending is on wards. But please ensure that the online schedule reflects the absence; it will allow others to plan their schedules accordingly. If a morning clinic will not have enough staff (ie. two attendings per clinic), Drs. Dorko, Sprabery & Lametria Eliott will help fix this.
Clinic absence for vacations, meetings, & other
If an absence is not due to ward attending responsibilities, please notify Lametria Eliot as soon as possible. It is important that you ensure there will be adequate attending coverage (2 per clinic) for the clinic you plan to miss. When coverage is obtained, please notify Lametria Elliott (email or 448-5475) so that she may add this to the online calendar.
