Accreditation and Credit

The Joint Commission for Allied Heath Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO) has approved this educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 Group A credits per hour.

Proof of attendance (sign-in sheet and evaluation form) is required to receive continuing education credit. Credit certificates will be issued via e-mail. Registrants will be required to provide a current e-mail address for all correspondence and issuance of credit.

Registrants will be responsible for maintaining their own record of credit. JCAHPO does NOT retain records of CE credits earned.
