COE Best Practices Collaborative
The COE Best Practices Collaborative is a project designed to advance the implementation of Best Practices in the treatment of child abuse and neglect and attachment problems by mental health treatment providers across the state. The project is a collaborative effort of the statewide network of Centers of Excellence for Children in State Custody (COEs)
