Molly Spears has been with UT since 2015, serving within the Pediatric Language Clinic. She provides direct home-based and center-based services for families of children within the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS) with an autism diagnosis or red flags for autism. Within center-based services, she helps coordinate volunteer opportunities and provides collaborative supports for graduate students completing a practicum at the clinic. Her primary focus is to assist families in accomplishing the goals established for their child on the Individualized Family Service Plan. She also speaks Spanish and serves a number of Hispanic families within home-based and center-based services.
