Libby Beidelschies has been with UT since August 2015. She provides family-focused, center-based services to families of children enrolled in the Tennessee Early Intervention System (TEIS). Ms. Beidelschies serves as a clinical instructor for graduate students completing their clinical practicum assignments. She has recently participated in collecting data for various research studies completed by academic faculty with interests in the areas of Autism, Sensory Integration, and Language Disorders. Prior to joining UT, Ms. Beidelschies worked in a hospital setting where she gained extensive experience in the area of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. She also served as a developmental specialist for TEIS in which she completed developmental evaluations for children ages birth to three with suspected developmental delays, diagnosed syndromes, and/or qualifying medical diagnosis (Down Syndrome, ASD, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, etc.) to determine eligibility for state early intervention services.
