UTHSC OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT & ALUMNI AFFAIRS

  Greetings from Memphis June 2017
It has been a busy spring at the UT Health Science Center!

Since the last Vital Signs in February, we have been involved with alumni activities in all of the colleges, including Dentistry and Nursing Alumni Weekends, various alumni receptions and meetings. In addition, as you read this we have just concluded May commencements for all of the colleges and announced our UT Alumni Association award winners. See more info on the award winners in this issue.

We were proud to have the following alumni leaders speak at their respective commencement ceremonies and welcome new graduates to the UT Alumni Association:
  • Dentistry – Cory Glenn, DDS
  • Graduate Health Sciences – Michael Herr, PhD
  • Health Professions – Logan Owens, DPT
  • Medicine – Leonard Hines, MD
  • Nursing – James Hutcheson, BSN
  • Pharmacy – Paula Hinson, BS Pharm
As always, I want to thank you for representing the UT Health Science Center so well, not only in your profession, but also in your community. We are fortunate to have such an active and engaged alumni base. We hope you will come back to campus whenever you have an opportunity.

We appreciate your support. Please let us know if the Office of Alumni Affairs can ever assist you.

Sincerely,

Tim Lanier
Assistant Vice Chancellor for Alumni Affairs
