UT HEALTH SCIENCE CENTER

Greetings!

I hope that you are enjoying a beautiful spring! As another academic year comes to a close, we are excited to graduate our next class of health care professionals who will be making an impact as they make their footprint throughout the world.

As the class of 2013 departs, we look forward to welcoming the 50-year graduates back to campus for Golden Graduate Homecoming, Oct. 2-4. The inaugural event is full of exciting programming for our "Golden Graduates" and guests. In addition to the recognized class of 1963, previous Golden Graduates are invited to attend and help initiate the incoming members. Information and registration forms were mailed earlier this spring; if you have not received your information, please contact 901-448-5516 or click here.

Many of you took me up on my offer to become more informed advocates for your alma mater. We are seeing results from your efforts as the State Legislature passed a budget, which includes over $75 million for UTHSC! This is wonderful news, so please be sure to thank our legislators. The best source is through advocacy.tennessee.edu.

Bookmark our alumni site uthscalumni.com, and while you are there take time to review opportunities to become involved or attend upcoming alumni events. If your summer travel plans have you near our campus, stop by for a visit. You will be amazed at the changes.

Continue to let me know what you need.

Have a great summer!

Associate Vice Chancellor for Development and Alumni Affairs
